The ordinary enquiry period does not extend these separate obligations.

The enquiry form sends an email; it does not create a separate website enquiry database. Retention therefore includes managing mailbox copies and related business records. Service-provider delivery records, security logs and backup copies follow the applicable service retention and deletion processes and may not disappear immediately when an active record is deleted.
